Chuck > Sunset at the West Beach, Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.
Chuck > Although the lake was considerably rougher than when I had been here six days before, the air was clearer. The Chicago skyline can clearly be seen, twenty-six miles away.
Chuck > Now I have returned to my starting point, the West Beach at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.

Chuck > Emblems indicating Japanese ships sunk and damaged by the Silversides during World War II.
Chuck > The U.S.S. Silversides, a World War II-era submarine, at the Great Lakes Naval Memorial & Museum in Muskegon, MI.
Chuck > World's Largest Weather Vane in Montague, MI. I can attest that it works (although it does creak when it moves) even in a relatively gentle breeze.
